Bob Sampson was born in Roanoke, VA.  Most of his life has been in the Tri-cities. Bob served four years in the Air Force after graduating from high school.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Applied Engineering Technology.

Most of his working career has been spent with Texas Instruments in Johnson City.  When Siemens acquired Texas Instruments Industrial Division in 1992, Bob was relocated to Atlanta to work in the Siemens Corporate Marketing as a marketing manager.  He returned to Johnson City in 2002 and worked for three years as Director of Marketing with Good Samaritan Ministries. 

He acquired his real estate license to assist first time buyers to be able to purchase affordable homes. The biggest issue for first time buyers is the down payment.  Bob works with local Banks to assist first time home buyers with government grants to provide assistance for down payment.  He also was Sales Manager for a new housing development in Kingsport before starting with Exit Grand Realty.
