Chris Pavan has been selling real estate in the Tri-Cities area since 1999.  She recently completed the additional education needed and passed the test to receive her Broker’s license. Every year she attends more than the required educational classes because she believes the better educated she is, the better she can serve her clients. Chris offers buyers and sellers her quality service as well as providing property management for those clients that prefer to rent their properties.

 Chris was born and raised in Bayville, NJ. She grew up sailing on the Barnegat Bay.  Chris graduated from the Lankanau School and attended Ocean County college with a business administration major. She moved with her family to New Port Richey, FL where her children grew up.  In 1997 she moved to Johnson City, TN where she still lives. In her spare time she raises and shows dogs, in particular, schipperkes. She has bred and shown many of her dogs to their AKC championships and attained Award of Merit and Best Veteran at the Schipperke Nationals in 2010 with her veteran dog, Rudy, who at a few weeks short of 12 years old received the title of AKC Grand Champion.

 Recently, Chris returned to Exit Grand Realty because of her belief in the “Exit” system that offers great training, education, support, and a means of retirement that is not currently offered by any other company.
