Diana was born in a small town called Medina, right outside of
Cleveland, Ohio. Her father worked for Ford and after retiring moved
the family to his home town of Erwin, TN. The family roots run deep in
Unicoi County as her maiden name was Sams and Unicoi County has been
known for Sams Gap, a very high mountain ridge that crosses into the
North Carolina Mountains. She graduated from Unicoi County High School
in 1992 with a major in Business and has attended East TN State
University to obtain a BS in Sociology. She has also received a
certification in human subject research and responsibility which covers
ethical responsibility to people. Real Estate must be ethical. She
prides herself in knowing where she stands and making the right
decisions for her clients. She believes that honesty and loyalty are
