Sharon is the Broker/Owner of Exit Grand Realty and has been dedicated
to Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate since 1993. She was born in
Chicago, Illinois, and as a teenager her family moved to St. Louis. She
attended Southern Illinois University. She moved with her family
to Los Angeles, California where she lived for 30 years. She is
married to Hal Ott, the team's Closing Coordinator, and they have one
son, John, who is an airline pilot for a large delivery airline company
in Omaha, Nebraska. Sharon was Vice President of Prestige Aluminum until 1983, when she opened her own high-end retail jewelry business, which she and Hal owned and operated until their relocation here in the Tri-Cities in 1993.
Specialized Real Estate training includes courses in finance, marketing, intensive workshops for relocation buyers, computer technology, and internet strategies. Her continuing commitment to her real estate clients means constant upgrading of education with an emphasis on computer technology in this ever changing and ever growing field. Today's Broker must be competent in many areas of expertise to meet the demands of today's more sophisticated buyer and seller.
